All purchases, deliveries, and interactions with Elevated Herb must comply with New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act (CREAMMA) and all applicable NJCRC regulations.

This includes

  • Cannabis sales only to adults 21+.
  • Valid government-issued photo identification is required at pickup or delivery.
  • No resale or redistribution of products purchased from Elevated Herb.
  • Adherence to all possession limits defined by New Jersey law.

Any attempt to bypass state requirements may result in account termination.

Account Registration

Product Information & Compliance

Ordering & Payment

All online orders must be paid using approved payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are not final until confirmed.

Pickup, Delivery & Identification

If Elevated Herb offers delivery or pickup:

  • The person placing the order must be the person receiving the order.
  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery or pickup if ID cannot be verified or if regulations are not met.

Returns & Refunds (NJCRC Compliant)

Under New Jersey law:

  • Cannabis products cannot be returned once they have left the premises except in cases of verified product defect or safety concern.
  • All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are issued only in accordance with NJCRC regulations and our Return Policy.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any New Jersey or federal laws related to cannabis.
  • Use our website to engage in fraud, misuse, scraping, or unauthorized access
